Paradise Recreation Center has 'Seniorcize'

The Paradise Recreation Center has "Seniorcize" every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. It's for ages 50 and over and is free.

It is for all levels of physical ability. They provide the instruction with music and you individualize the program to suit your personal needs. Free weights for strengthening and toning are provided.
