Springs Preserve exhibit looks at bracero program |

In 1943, President Roosevelt announced the creation of a Mexican guest-worker program. It's documented in "Bittersweet Harvest: The Bracero Program, 1942-1964" a bilingual travelling exhibition created by the National Museum of American History and now at the Springs Preserve. It runs through July 29.
Free for members or included with general admission, which for Nevada residents is $9.95 for adults, $8.95 for students, seniors, teachers and military, $4.95 for ages 5-17. Four and under are free. The SP website is here.
